WHAT YOULL DO During your your internship, you'll work within our Clinical Operations Team. This gives you a comprehensive understanding of how life-saving medicines begin their journey: WHY CHOOSE A PLACEMENT WITH FORTREA? You'll gain more than just work experience. WHO WERE LOOKING FOR • You must be a current university student, working towards an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or Social Media • Your graduation date must fall in or after December 2026. • Experience managing multiple projects in an academic or professional setting is an advantage. • Strong preference for students who possess any of the following skill sets: Customer Service, AI Platforms, and Design Programs (Canva, InDesign, Adobe). • Strong planning, multi-tasking and prioritization skills • Ability to work to deadlines and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment • Confident MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook) skills • Clear teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills Physical Requirements: • Ability to work in an upright and /or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day. • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate lab equipment. • Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck. • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf. • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs. • Regular and consistent attendance. • Varied hours may be required.
