Fortra is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Campaign Lead to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will coordinate, manage, execute, and analyze digital marketing programs and campaigns designed to drive engagement, generate demand, and accelerate business growth. You will play a key role in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing, sales enablement, demand generation, and channel enablement programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering measurable business results through innovative digital marketing campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL DO Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project objectives. Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. Analyze campaign performance across web, email, social media, and other digital channels, providing recommendations to optimize results. Assist with the development of marketing content, including blogs, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials. Partner with the sales organization to collect feedback, support sales enablement initiatives, and report on campaign effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes and ROI. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing analysis and reporting processes. Support lead generation, demand generation, and channel marketing programs aligned with business objectives. Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of marketing experience with progressively increasing responsibility. Experience within the technology or software industry preferred. Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns preferred. Well-rounded marketing background that may include lead generation, marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, programs, or events. Proven success managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to execute strategy and drive results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with social media marketing, SEO, and SEM is a plus. Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, Wrike, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is a plus.
