Description We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Website Experience Manager to own the design and evolution of accruent.com to capture attention, build trust and convert curiosity into pipeline. This role is integral to driving growth through strategic SEO initiatives and ensuring our website is a high-converting, scalable engine for demand generation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Experience and External Communications and collaborating across both internal and external teams, you will draw on technical SEO/AIO, user experience best practices, content strategy, and performance analytics to deliver on business objectives. Key Responsibilities Web content & experience oversight: Own Accruent’s web presence, driving experience, engagement, and conversion funnels that align with the various customer journeys. Ensure all current, new, and edited content aligns with brand guidelines, functions flawlessly on all devices, and supports conversion goals. Review and publish pages within the CMS, adding strategic links and calls-to-action. Creating unique initiative/campaign/event-based landing pages withing the current structure, theme, and templates. Safeguard existing content performance from negative impact by identifying and mitigating duplicate or competing content. Ensure the site has best-in-class monitoring solutions to be able to record and analyze site engagement in better inform decision making. SEO strategy and execution: Maintain and optimize organic performance across generic and campaign-specific keyword rankings. Advance our SEO approach and keyword strategy, with an eye toward the expanding world including traditional search, as well as the ever-evolving rise of AI summaries and LLMs. Apply deep knowledge of SEO best practices with an eye on new changes—site architecture, technical health, content discoverability, and algorithm trends—to maximize visibility and conversions. LLM and cutting-edge search optimization: Stay on the pulse of how AI is reshaping digital discovery and evolve our site strategy accordingly. Lead innovative efforts around optimizing for large language models and emerging search features (e.g. ai overviews, LLM referrals, featured snippets, voice search). Design and scale testing frameworks for new technologies within the digital ecosystem. And plan, present, and implement new strategies and tactics based on insights and feedback. Performance experimentation: Design, execute, and systematize SEO and website experiments—including split-testing layouts, internal linking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Establish clear hypotheses and metrics, apply learnings, and implement at scale. Use behavioral analytics, A/B testing and funnel analysis to continuously reduce friction and improve conversion paths across key persona journeys. Provide performance recommendations with strategic implementation approaches/timelines. Metrics and measurement: Monitor website KPIs with GA4, HubSpot, and other tools to surface insights and drive site-wide improvements. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities. Analyze campaign results and website data to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform future strategies. Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership, providing data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement. Campaign & cross-functional support: Support integrated campaigns through keyword research, performance reviews, and actionable SEO recommendations. Collaborate with product marketing, content, paid, and development teams to deliver on campaign objectives. Qualifications Experience working on a global B2B web marketing team (6+years preferred). Proven experience in SEO: Strong track record in organic search strategy and hands-on technical SEO. B2B experience preferred. CMS proficiency: Comfortable making website changes in modern CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Proficient in using GA4, Full Story, SEMRush, Survicate and Optimizely for performance monitoring and reporting, with the ability to translate data into strategic, actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to conduct robust market and competitor research and drive strategic SEO recommendations. Experience managing internal and external resources and project management tools. Eagerness to experiment with and adopt new SEO tactics and website improvements, such as AI-driven content, advanced site speed optimization, schema automation and LLM strategies.
