Job Summary As a Remote Healthcare Recruiter, you will source, engage, and place qualified candidates in high-demand healthcare positions. You'll operate independently, using your own tools and networks to drive results in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Key Responsibilities • Partner with clients to understand staffing needs for roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physical/Occupational Therapists, Radiologic Technologists, and Allied Health Professionals. • Source passive and active candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, social media, and personal networks (many company-provided resources). • Conduct virtual interviews, screen qualifications, and assess cultural fit to match candidates with opportunities. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, negotiating offers, and managing the full placement lifecycle from submission to onboarding. • Track interactions and outcomes in Loxo ATS (LOXO or similar experience required). • Achieve placement targets to maximize commissions, with support for high-volume requisitions (30+ active roles at any time). • Stay updated on healthcare trends, licensing requirements, and compliance standards to ensure seamless placements. Qualifications • Experience: 2+ years in agency recruiting, with proven track record in healthcare staffing (e.g., physicians, APPs, nursing, or allied health). High-volume recruiting preferred. • Skills: Strong sourcing and Boolean search expertise; excellent communication and relationship-building; proficiency in ATS systems and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, VOIP for U.S. calls). • Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, credentialing, and industry challenges; ability to handle hard-to-fill roles. • Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with commission-only structure; access to personal resume database and recruiting tools. • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred but not required. • Technical: Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and phone; U.S. time zone availability for client/candidate interactions.
