Our technologies are already in use by trucking fleets, construction companies, event organizers, off-grid builders, emergency responders, and more. We’re now expanding our sales force to meet growing demand for our flagship products, including: • The EPU (Environmental Power Unit) – an industry-shaping heating, cooling, and power solution for trucks • The Power Box – a portable, maintenance-free energy system used across diverse applications You’ll join a performance-focused team, selling a solution with no direct competition, company-provided leads, and the chance to create your own success in a high-demand market. Why This Role Is Different: • You’re selling a proven, established product — with hundreds of units already in the field • The market is hungry for real solutions, and we have exactly what they need • You’ll be equipped with qualified leads, professional materials, and full training • You choose your schedule: part-time or full-time, remote + field work • First-year income potential: $80K–$150K+ (base + uncapped commission) What You’ll Do: • Engage with company-provided prospect leads and expand your pipeline through outreach • Conduct product demos and presentations to B2B and B2C prospects • Manage client relationships, close deals, and build a book of business • Work both remotely and locally in your metro area • Stay connected with leadership, sharing feedback and market insight • Represent a brand known for innovation, reliability, and customer service What We’re Looking For: • Proven sales experience is required (ideally B2B or high-ticket, solution-based selling) • Strongly preferred: Experience in the trucking industry (sales, dispatch, fleet ops, service, or as a driver) • Bonus: Background in construction, telecom, solar, emergency services, or off-grid markets • Solid communication and relationship-building skills • Motivated, disciplined, and confident presenting in-person • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local meetings Compensation & Structure: • First 3 months: Commission-only with achievable quotas • After 60-day review: Up to $65,000/year base + $5,000–$10,000+ monthly commission • 1099 contractor position with full sales support, training, and marketing assets • Uncapped earnings tied directly to your performance • Flexible schedule – full-time or part-time opportunities available Join Fortified Energy Systems and be part of a company with the products, structure, and success already in place—now we need the right sales talent to take it even further.
