Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FORTE ICT is seeking a Sr. Director of Decision Intelligence to define and drive their analytics strategy aimed at enhancing business insights and decision support. This role involves building a team focused on data-driven decision making across the customer lifecycle and requires strong leadership in analytics and technology to influence strategic business decisions. Responsibilities • Business focus alignment will include marketing, sales, services, and customer support. • Leverage data, advanced analytics, data insights to support and drive the growth of the business. • Evolve and expand our data and analytics capabilities to unlock the value of data to all our business teams. • Work closely with senior Executives in sharing data-driven insight and foresight pertaining to their functional areas as well as end-to-end insight from across the organization. • Work with Business Technology and IT to build the next generation reporting solutions including automation and visualization of reporting. • Build and grow the Business Intelligence team with a focus on providing business insights and data-driven decision-making. • Drive change management to drive user adoption of analytical tools and methods and embrace data in strategic business decisions. • Enable business ownership with advanced analytics output and key insights through dashboards and reports. • Lead the build and execution of a data governance framework as well as rules and policies to ensure that data is used in an ethical, secure, and compliant manner. This includes identifying data owners and data quality stewards. Skills • A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role influencing decisions with analytics • A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in analytics, data science, ML, and/or predictive modeling • Ai agentics, Generative Ai experience, understanding • Innovative mindset, not a mindset we have always done it like this • At least 7 years of leading and managing a team of data analysts • Excellent analytical capabilities - ability to consolidate information into clear, concise analysis in support of business decisions • Ability to lead with a passion for data and analytics while simultaneously building credibility for the newly formed Business Intelligence team • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at an executive level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals • Data driven, strong understanding of business, who has delivered data products, how you model data and understand customers 360 • Must have experience of Ai and data science, how to use Ai for data driven business decisions Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in analytics, mathematics, statistics, data science, computer programming, or business; master’s degree in business- or technology-related field an asset Benefits • Great Cash Bonus • Incredible Benefits Company Overview • FORTE ICT is a specialist boutique UK & International FinTech/Payments & Digital Technologies Recruitment Consultancy.
