Their platform equips businesses with real time visibility, automated workflows and powerful forecasting tools that replace outdated manual processes. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, work closely with the founders and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of cash flow automation. Job Description We are hiring a Financial Customer Success Manager to support a rapidly expanding US customer base. This person will partner with VP Finance and CFO level users, translate complex financial workflows into actionable outcomes on the platform and act as the primary link between customers, product and sales. The role is ideal for someone with a strong finance foundation who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and operating in a fast paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Own the full customer lifecycle across onboarding, adoption and renewal • Build strong long term relationships with finance teams and understand their reporting, budgeting and cash flow needs • Translate customer workflows around AR, AP, forecasting and growth metrics into platform workflows • Serve as the main point of contact for account management, solution delivery and ongoing support • Run onboarding sessions, QBRs and regular check ins to ensure customers are realising full value • Troubleshoot complex issues and handle escalations when needed • Partner closely with sales to identify account expansion opportunities • Provide feedback to product teams that helps shape the roadmap • Prepare reports on account health, usage and performance metrics Requirements • Strong finance or accounting background with practical understanding of cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting • Experience in a client facing role within fintech, SaaS or a scaling tech company • Startup mindset with comfort working at speed in a small flexible team • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to customers • Analytical approach with strong problem solving skills • Experience with CRM or customer success tools • Ability to work effectively across global teams and with stakeholders from different cultures • Willingness to travel as the role requires Other This is a hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast, particularly New York, though standout profiles across the East Coast will be considered.
