Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to): Design, develop, enhance, and maintain technical solutions supporting CISA International's program management and international travel processes. Develop and maintain repositories for tracking international arrangements, agreements, travel information, and related program records. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, webpages, and internal platforms providing frequently referenced international activity and travel information. Work with CISA International and OCIO stakeholders to identify technical requirements and support the evolution of information-management solutions for international travel. Analyze existing workflows, systems, and information-management processes and recommend opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement. Develop data visualizations, metrics, reports, and analytical tools to provide leadership insight into international travel and program activities. Support configuration and enhancement of user-facing travel portals, tools, and other digital resources.
