We’re a growing startup with big ambitions — and we’re looking for a marketing leader who can bring our new brand to life and keep it consistent across platforms. The Role: We’re searching for a Marketing & Social Media Manager who loves building brands from the ground up, thrives in creative freedom, and knows how to take ownership of a company’s digital presence. This is a contract/part-time role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with founders and shaping a startup’s voice and reach. What You’ll Do: • Lead the refresh of our company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. • Create and execute content that reflects our new services, voice, and positioning. • Manage campaigns that introduce our relaunch to professional and business audiences. • Track engagement, analyze results, and provide regular updates. • Partner directly with the founder to guide brand growth and marketing strategy. What We’re Looking For: • A self-starter who can own the marketing function with minimal oversight. • Experience managing business/professional social media accounts. • Strong writing and content creation skills (2-3 Years Minimum In Similar Role). • A balance of creativity and professionalism — able to move fast but stay polished. Details: • Contract / Part-time (10–15 hrs per week to start) • Flexible schedule (weekly check-in + independent work) • Pay range: $20–30/hr, based on experience • Initial contract: 3 months, with opportunity to extend as we grow Why Join Us: This isn’t just a posting role — it’s a chance to step in as the voice of a relaunching brand.
