Description We are looking for a highly technical product manager with direct, hands-on experience in training and developing AI models for AV stacks. In this role, you will work closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to define and drive product capabilities that address the needs of AI-driven AV development and validation. You will: ● Work directly with customers developing AI-centric AV stacks to understand their training, validation, and deployment needs. ● Define product requirements and technical workflows that support training, fine-tuning, and validating AV stacks. ● Collaborate with engineering, product managers, and AI researchers to align product capabilities with customer needs. ● Lead the integration of AI/ML-driven development and validation technologies and methodologies into Foretellix’s solutions. ● Support sales and application engineers in technical engagements and proof-of-concept demonstrations. ● Track industry trends and competitive approaches for AI-driven AV training and validation. Requirements ● Hands-on experience in training, developing, and deploying AI models for AV stacks, with a preference for experience in the planning/policy components of the stack. ● Strong technical background in AI/ML, with experience in developing and applying machine learning techniques for AV stack development. ● Experience working on real-world AV stacks, preferably at an OEM, Tier 1 supplier, or AV startup. ● Ability to translate technical insights into product requirements and effectively communicate them to stakeholders. ● MSc or above in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or a related field. ● Industry experience in product management, applied AI research, or AI/ML engineering. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with simulation tools and verification workflows for AI-centric AV development. ● Knowledge of reinforcement learning for driving policy, or large-scale AI training infrastructure. ● Experience with functional safety, validation frameworks, or AV-related safety standards.
