Learn About Joining Our Team of California Mental Healthcare Providers! Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across California. Our purpose is to improve access to high-quality mental health care. Whether you're a newly-licensed therapist wanting to learn about the outpatient private practice setting or a seasoned clinician looking for something new, Foresight meets you where you are. As a Foresight Therapist, You'll Enjoy: • Consistent schedule aligned with your availability for FT or PT • Work remote or in a hybrid setting • Freedom to use modalities aligned with your strengths and client needs • Easy documentation through a streamlined EHR • Professional development, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team for building caseloads, credentialing, and billing • Free in-house Continuing Education and reimbursement for up to $600/year toward Professional Certification • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners • Real people support from our live trainings, in-house IT, and operations teams What You'll Do: • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually) • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans • Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs) • Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance What We Offer: In addition to the base compensation, full-time Foresighters' total compensation package includes comprehensive healthcare options, retirement benefits, 401(k) match, company-paid life insurance, and paid holidays and time off. • Full-time: $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week) • Plus a $3,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time roles (paid over 9 months) • Part-time (hourly): $50 USD (minimum 12 hours/week of availability required, average of 10-24 clients/week) What We're Looking For: • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles). • Must not be opted out of Medicare What Sets You Up For Success: • Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning • Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom) • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service • Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities • Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, continuous learning, and Foresight's client-centered Philosophy of Care • Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models Submit your interest for an exploratory call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners and learn more about transforming lives while working in a supportive professional community. #INDCA Full-time California Licensed Therapist salary range includes a base salary with increased earning potential based on desired caseload (minimum of 25 clients per week) $70,000—$110,000 USD Thanks for your interest in working with Foresight If you are a California resident, please read our California Candidate Privacy Notice here.
