Position Summary Reporting to the Assistant Director of Custodial Operations, the Post Office Clerk provides mail services at the Lincoln Center campus. This position requires work hours on Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 11:30 am. Essential Functions Makes primary and one or more secondary distribution of incoming mail to the various campus offices and student boxes. Records and signs for all accountable mail items received from the Post Office. Delivers and picks up mail, packages, and campus correspondence as assigned. Operates the postal meter machine in accordance with postal regulations, processes, and sends outgoing mail. Sorts mail in a timely manner. Processes mail and packages through a computerized package tracking system. Performs Other Duties As Required. Essential Functions Note This list is not intended to be an exhaustive list.
