The Reporting & Analytics Lead designs and delivers the LEPMO measurement framework, dashboards, and analytics that enable data-driven decision-making across intake, discovery, and execution. This role ensures data integrity, governance, and timely insight generation to support executive decisioning and continuous improvement. The Reporting & Analytics Lead within the Lean Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (LEPMO) is responsible for designing and delivering the measurement framework, dashboards, and analytics that drive data-driven decision-making across the portfolio. In this role, you will own the LEPMO data governance and quality controls, utilizing Power BI, SQL, and Jira to ensure reliable, auditable reporting from intake through execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Technology teams to align metrics with strategic objectives and provide executive-ready insights for senior leadership reviews. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a data storyteller, translating complex trends and ROI realization into clear narratives that inform business outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll do... Define and maintain LEPMO metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadence (portfolio, program, and project levels) using Power BI, Jira, and downstream data sources. Own data governance, data dictionaries, and data quality controls to ensure reliable, auditable reporting. Collaborate with Finance, Product, Technology, and LACE to align metrics with strategic objectives and funding decisions. Produce regular executive-ready reports and Ad Hoc analysis to inform PDPC, EC, and leadership reviews. Lead continuous improvement in analytics capabilities, including trend analysis, variance tracking, ROI realization, and benefits measurement. Act as a data storyteller, translating complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders. Other special projects as assigned by management. You'll have... Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field 7–12 years in analytics/BI, with portfolio or program-level experience in large enterprises. Strong Power BI/SQL capabilities; experience with Jira/Confluence data integration. Experience building and maintaining data dictionaries, governance processes, and dashboards. Prior FMCC or automotive/financial services analytics exposure; familiarity with Lean-Agile metrics. Proven success in building the infrastructure that a Lean-Agile PMO rely on including the creation of methodology and training assets. Skilled at coaching executive and technical stakeholders through complex cultural and process changes. Experience presenting to executive audiences; ability to translate data into business outcomes.
