The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator, and a leader who can build relationships across teams at all levels of the organization.   You must have a proven ability to ingest rapidly evolving business needs and deliver operational results in a complex environment. The right candidate will have the skills to develop and implement processes from a clean slate, have a deliberate and consistent approach to their work, and will enjoy gleaning and communicating insights to continually improve program processes.
