## Key Role Overview The Universal Solutions Sales Manager on the Ford Pro Solutions team is a subject matter expert on Ford Pro’s ancillary product portfolio, responsible for facilitating sales demonstrations and providing training for channel sales partners, including Ford dealerships. The role focuses on selling Ford Pro Intelligence software, charging equipment, and productivity solutions by combining software expertise, end-user empathy, and strong relationship-building with dealership personnel to drive sales and increase customer retention. ## Key Responsibilities - Conduct sales demonstrations to prospective customers (both in person and virtual) - Provide channel partner training to increase the knowledge level of sales representatives - Serve as the point of contact for new clients and channel partners - Assist with client support and customer issue resolution to maintain a seamless, always-on experience - Support local dealership partners on sales opportunities within a specified territory - Generate leads through channel partners and close sales opportunities - Establish strong, positive working relationships with Ford/Lincoln dealers and their commercial sales teams - Manage prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing support efforts with prospective and existing customers - Provide voice of customer feedback on Ford Pro products to product development teams - Follow the defined Lead Management Process for documenting customer contact - Travel 50%+ within the Southeast Florida territory ## Required Qualifications - Associate degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience - 3+ years of channel and/or direct sales experience - Experience using CRM software - Candidates should be located in the west/south Florida geographic area (territory-based role) ## Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related field - 1+ years of experience in wireless and GPS - 2+ years of experience in software sales (strongly preferred) - 2+ years of experience with computer-based applications, IT operations, and Saa. S - 2+ years of consultative selling with multiple products - 2+ years of dealership / channel management experience - Experience using Salesforce - Prior experience learning and selling new software and equipment products ## Compensation & Benefits - Position listed as salary grade GSR 5 - GSR 8 (no specific numeric salary range provided).
