Come build what matters.   In this position...  The Blue Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Transformation, to provide thought leadership that directly advances the strategic priorities of the Business Unit. We are seeking an experienced transformation leader who can build the capabilities, governance, and culture of execution required to drive our business forward.    This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Ford Blue’s mission-critical North America Retail Strategy and own the creation of a new Project Management Office (PMO) to support the acceleration of strategy deployment with senior leadership. As the leader of this function, you will design and orchestrate the governance framework that ensures the strategy is executed at the highest level as well as aligning long-term vision of the company with planning and resources. This role offers high visibility to Ford Blue leadership and a clear path to making a significant impact on the business and the future of Ford.    The role reports to the Sr. Director, Ford Blue Strategy & Transformation.
