We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Management (TPM) Leaderto drive the execution of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) across multiple vehicle platforms. This role is at the forefront of a rapidly evolving and high-impact technology space, where innovation, precision, and speed are critical. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span hardware, software, and systems integration, ensuring alignment with aggressive product timelines and strategic goals. This is a portfolio-level leadership role requiring domain knowledge in ADAS technologies, including perception, sensor fusion, path planning, and control systems. You will manage a diverse set of programs across multiple vehicle lines and platforms, ensuring consistent execution and delivery in a fast-paced environment. You'll have... • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Proven experience as a senior leader in Technical Program Management, preferably in ADAS, autonomous driving, or automotive embedded systems. • Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development, and hardware integration. • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple vehicle platforms. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Executive presence and the ability to influence and guide senior leadership. Technical Leadership • Drive the ADAS technology roadmap, with a deep understanding of autonomy features, sensor technologies (LiDAR, radar, camera), and embedded software systems. • Guide EPM and delivery teams in adopting scalable and modular ADAS architectures, ensuring alignment with platform strategies and vehicle milestones. • Partner with systems engineering and safety teams to ensure robust functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity compliance and regulatory compliance. Portfolio & Program Management • Develop and maintain integrated schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation plans across ADAS feature sets. • Ensure timely delivery of ADAS capabilities aligned with vehicle launch timelines and regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Leadership • Build strong relationships with engineering, product, engineering project managers, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. • Influence senior leadership and stakeholders to align on priorities, trade-offs, and strategic direction. • Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to resolve technical and programmatic challenges. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement • Communicate program status, scorecards risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams. Innovation & Continuous Improvement • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution, quality, and velocity.
