In this position... As a MP&L Analyst, A key focus of this position is driving transformation through structured change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the automotive sector, a strong understanding of tiered supplier networks, and the ability to lead through change in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional partners to shape strategy, develop scalable solutions, and enable data-driven decision making that improves performance today while building the supply chain capabilities of the future. What you'll do... • Program Planning & Governance: Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs for supply chain projects; align with quarterly gate reviews and steering committees. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and finance to deliver supply chain initiatives. • Supplier & Customer Engagement: Facilitate supplier training, customer surveys, and symposiums to improve collaboration and performance. • Cost & Schedule Management: Develop sourcing strategies, material ramp plans, and cost models; monitor budgets and schedules • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operating models, governance, and decision frameworks • Risk & Compliance: Manage supply chain risks, ensure compliance with sourcing policies, and support sustainability/responsible sourcing initiatives • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance to ensure seamless program execution. • Lead digital transformation efforts, including ERP enhancements, supply chain visibility tools, automation, and data analytics. You'll have... • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects. • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-121,440. This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
