Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Our Retail Offboard Experiences (ROX) organization is growing the Ford App as a trusted digital companion, designed around our customers and their Ford — always ready, always connected, from pocket to pavement. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Product Management to lead and oversee two critical areas: Platform Foundations and Platform Experiences. This leader will be charged with defining and driving the evolution of our mobile platform while simultaneously underpinning seamless and delightful customer experiences across new digital touchpoints. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our digital companion "just works" and delivers consistent value, from the underlying technology to the customer's interaction with their vehicle, phone, smartwatch, and beyond. Success will be met by leading a product area that clearly articulates product vision, strategy, and impact based on a strong assessment of desirability, viability, and feasibility for both internal and external customers.
