In this position...  Ford Customization is a dedicated business unit within the Ford Customer Service Division, specializing in the development of on-trend accessories and specialty vehicles delivered through factory, mod-center, and dealership channels. This role is responsible for directing and facilitating key management and cross-functional meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment, resolve dependencies, and drive decisive action. The Business Analyst ensures operational integrity through proactive internal control management and the standardization of critical process documentation.
