Full Description

Objectives of this Role: * Provide program leadership for technical recognition and professional development projects, ensuring all technical engagements align with broader Ford skill teams such as Tech Strategy and Product Development. * Generate data-driven insights by maintaining and analyzing program data to report metrics and drive continuous process improvements across all technical engagements. * Utilize custom dashboards and data visualization tools to drive strategy synthesis and provide leadership with real-time visibility into program health. * Facilitate stakeholder management by establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, committee members, and global technical specialists to ensure alignment on key milestones. * Proactively identify and execute initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the delivery of technical programs.
