In this position... • As a Technical Program Manager / Project Manager for the CCaaS platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating delivery of critical migration projects within CCaaS. You will work closely with Leadership, Vendors, Product Managers/Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into executable plans and prioritized backlogs—while providing strong agile leadership, cross-team coordination, and financial/operational portfolio management. • This role requires strategic thinking with strong execution focus, and the ability to align business, technical, and security workstreams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric experiences.
