The Manufacturing FCG (Ford College Graduate) Rotational Program Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day operational execution of the FCG rotational program within Manufacturing. This role serves as the central point of contact for program participants, leaders, HR, and University Relations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience that supports the development and retention of future manufacturing leaders. In this position …. • Manages a 3-year rotational program of 65-75 associates globally. • Lead the Manufacturing FCG (Ford College Graduate) Program. • Oversee day-to-day program management, serve as the system reporting manager for all 90+ FCGs, and drive key program activities and KPIs. • Currently, over 40 LL6+ Manufacturing leaders are involved in managing the program, creating inefficiencies and a lack of consistent ownership. Consolidating this into one dedicated leader will streamline execution, improve program quality, and free up time for others to focus on core priorities. • Build a strong FCG brand and leadership pipeline and is aligned with internal (PD and HR) and external (GE, JCI, JnJ, JD and GM) benchmarks.
