Within FCSD, our Service Parts Engineering team plays a critical role. We are the "eyes, ears, and voices" of Ford, directly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue generation by ensuring the right part, with the right quality, is available at the right time for our growing service product business. We bridge the gap between production engineering, manufacturing, and customer experience, making sure every component meets the unique demands of aftersales and fleet needs. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our Service Parts Engineering team. This role is crucial for delivering the lifetime value our customers expect from Ford. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of service parts, from initial design concepts through to end-of-life, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success.
