You’ll provide overall direction and accountability, aligning people, processes, and resources to deliver results that meet company standards. • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including safety, specifications, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction. • Support the pre-sale phase by providing estimation reviews, whether through direct sales collaboration or bid-driven opportunities. • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive problem solving. • Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to achieve project goals. • Travel to project sites as needed. Qualifications • Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering. • Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & project management software. • Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is a plus. Physical Requirements This position encompasses a combination of office and field responsibilities, necessitating both physical and mental capabilities to effectively fulfill the job requirements.
