Role Description For Every Mountain Counseling Services® is seeking caring and creative clinical therapists with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be able to provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions with a diverse client population. For Every Mountain Counseling Services® coordinates and oversees administrative tasks, billing, and marketing, allowing clinicians to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional clinical care to our clients. Key Responsibilities • Provide individual and family counseling to clients based on a caseload of 20-40 clients at a time. • Complete bio-psychosocial intake assessments on assigned clients. • Complete patient mental health assessments as assigned and make diagnoses. • Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, and collaborate with outside agencies as necessary. • Documentation of all services rendered as required by COMAR and For Every Mountain Counseling Services policies. • Providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents, and adults. • Ability to work two to three evenings per week Monday-Friday Qualifications • Licensure: LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW • Master's Degree (Required) • Must be licensed to practice in the state of Maryland Work Details • Employment type Full-time, Part-time • Remote, Hybrid Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $45.00 to $65.00 /hour Equal Opportunity / Values Statement For Every Mountain Counseling Services® is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and culturally responsive workplace.
