About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of our U.S. marketing strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping brand positioning, accelerating direct-to-consumer growth, and leading high-performing teams to deliver impactful and culturally relevant campaigns. What You’ll Do • Strategic Marketing Leadership - Define and execute a cohesive U.S. marketing strategy that strengthens brand equity, increases market share, and supports long-term growth goals. • Team Leadership - Lead and inspire large, diverse, and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture with clear accountability and direction. • Integrated Marketing & Campaigns - Oversee the planning and execution of consumer-facing campaigns across digital, retail, and editorial channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable impact. • Endorsements - Manage high-profile athlete, celebrity endorsement agreements, leveraging these relationships to elevate brand visibility and drive product insights. • Digital & Direct-to-Consumer Strategy - Advance direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives, leveraging technology and digital platforms to create meaningful connections with consumers and athletes at the pace of culture. • Market & Consumer Insights - Translate market trends and audience insights into actionable strategies that inform product development, go-to-market plans, and brand messaging. • Budget Management - Own the marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and allocation across key initiatives and strategic programs. • Seasonal Planning - Lead end-to-end seasonal planning processes, including concept map creation, prioritization, and providing strategic guidance to global and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. • Innovation & Brand Evolution - Stay ahead of changing consumer behaviors and industry trends, introducing innovative and disruptive marketing approaches that evolve brand positioning. • PR & Communications - Lead and shape storytelling and PR strategy, driving consistent media placement and increasing share of voice through proactive communication efforts. What You Bring • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with proven success delivering integrated marketing strategies, ideally in footwear, apparel, or consumer lifestyle brands • Strong background in leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex marketing ecosystems • Demonstrated ability to develop bold, market-defining ideas and translate strategy into execution • Expertise in digital marketing and direct-to-consumer growth • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented approach • Collaborative, high-energy leader who energizes those around them Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
