Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves delivering goods to customers, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient route execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, experience with warehouse equipment, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities • Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles for route deliveries to customers. • Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques. • Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high customer service standards. • Manage inventory in the warehouse, including organizing, storing, and retrieving items efficiently. • Assist with warehouse duties such as stock replenishment and order picking. • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. • Follow all safety protocols related to driving and warehouse operations. • Plan delivery routes effectively to optimize efficiency and meet delivery schedules. • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Qualifications • Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services is preferred. • Warehouse experience with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is advantageous. • Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of goods safely and efficiently. • Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills. • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks regularly. • Speak fluently English and Spanish.
