Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow our event portfolio and elevate client experiences. You will manage the full sales cycle—from inquiry to event completion—while building relationships with planners, vendors, and clients. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and passionate about luxury events. Responsibilities • Lead the complete sales process for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations • Conduct engaging venue tours showcasing Fontanel’s historic spaces and scenic wooded hills • Build and maintain strong relationships with planners, vendors, and corporate clients • Create tailored proposals, contracts, and upsell opportunities • Maintain and nurture a strong, organized sales pipeline • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings • Collaborate with operations and vendor partners for flawless event execution • Provide market insights and ideas to elevate brand visibility Qualifications Required: • 3+ years in event sales, hospitality sales, or venue management • Proven success selling luxury or on-premise events • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with excellent follow-up • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Reliable transportation Preferred: • Experience with high-end or luxury events • Existing relationships with planners or event vendors • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field What We Offer • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission • Work at a stunning, iconic venue with scenic wooded hills and historic significance • Paid time off and paid holidays • Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement • Access to exclusive industry events and networking opportunities To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
