Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience. • Core Stack Mastery: • Frontend: React, TypeScript • Backend: Node.js, Express, REST APIs • Database: PostgreSQL • Cloud & DevOps: AWS (ECS/EC2, RDS, ALB, Secrets Manager), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), automated testing (Playwright) • Services: Twilio, SendGrid, SFTP / file-based integrations • Engineering Mindset: Ability to quickly navigate existing codebases, work independently in a lean environment, and take end-to-end ownership from system design to production deployment. • Modern Tooling: Familiarity with modern, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM workflows) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications (Healthcare Domain — Big Plus) • Hands-on experience developing healthcare software, digital health apps, or HIPAA-compliant solutions. • Direct experience with healthcare interoperability standards and protocols: FHIR R4, HL7/ADT, C-CDA. • Prior background working with payer integrations, HIEs, QHINs, patient engagement tools, or clinical workflow platforms.
