Company Description Focus 360 is a leading media network providing media solutions to advertisers, ad agencies, program producers, content owners and broadcasters. The Connecticut based company is seeking a strategic Account Executive for Network Sales, who will partner with clients to deliver innovative advertising solutions across our platform that offers a range of services, including general market radio media representation for radio station groups, and producers as well as You Tube channel representation for brand alignments. Role Description Focus 360 is looking for a Sales/Account Executive to work remotely, preferably in the New York, tri-state area. The position is to generate revenue selling our network radio properties to ad agencies utilizing our terrestrial radio offerings as well as You Tube representation for brand assignments. Candidates should be self-starters, have 5 years + experience working in sales, preferably with local radio stations, radio representation firms, radio syndication companies, or radio networks. Working knowledge of Nielsen Audio audience details (AQH, GRP, CPM, etc.) would be extremely valuable. Responsibilities: • Create/generate compelling presentations, proposals, and ad sales plans. • Proactively source, (face to face and phone) pitch and close new business to expand the client roster and increase revenue streams • Position the inventory, its value using research and delivery. • Manage multiple campaigns while delivering on revenue targets. • Review and respond quickly to Request for Proposals (RFP’s) with guidance from Sales Planning, Vice President Business Operations and CEO. Requirements: • A marketing or sales discipline with proven success and results oriented. Has the ability to provide creative solutions to the advertiser and has the ability to achieve established goals. Ideally 5+ years of outside sales experience is preferred. Salary & Advancement: • Competitive and commensurate with experience.
