Overview We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Operations Analyst to lead our growth across Amazon and emerging marketplace platforms. This role will be instrumental in scaling our digital presence, optimizing performance, and driving revenue. You’ll be the go-to expert for Amazon operations, marketplace strategy, and cross-functional execution. What You’ll Do • Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon (Vendor and/or Seller Central): listings, content, pricing, promotions, and advertising. • Expand FOCO’s footprint across marketplaces like Walmart Marketplace, Target+, eBay, and others. • Optimize product discoverability and conversion through SEO, merchandising, and campaign management. • Analyze performance data to uncover growth opportunities and improve profitability. • Partner with marketing, CRM, supply chain, and planning teams to align launches, inventory, and promotions. • Monitor competitors and trends to refine strategy and stay ahead. • Ensure all marketplace content reflects FOCO’s brand standards and is optimized for performance. • Support other e-commerce initiatives as needed. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central. • Deep understanding of Amazon operations, merchandising, and advertising. • Proven ability to drive sales through data and commercial execution. • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with e-commerce reporting tools. • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills. • Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal.
