To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com Location: 3235 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096 Responsibilities: • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to drive operational improvements • Support setup and launch activities for new warehouse operations • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity • Lead training programs to strengthen the skills and capabilities of the operations team • Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field required • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred • 1-3+ years of experience in warehousing, B2B/B2C logistics operations, or import logistics preferred • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Willingness to travel for business within the U.S. and Canada • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of logistics systems, especially WMS, preferred Benefits (Full-Time ONLY) • Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance • Life, STD, LTD Insurance • 401(K) Plan • Paid Time Off • Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.) • Years of Service Awards • Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility) If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
