Integrate data from internal and external sources that will aid in decision making using tools such as SQL, Power Query, and Excel. Use data visualization software such as Power BI and Excel to communicate insights or help to tell a story about the data. Identify and help define opportunities to create new business insights. Identify opportunities to refine, enhance, and produce the existing analytics and reporting solutions. Research business problems and assist in creating solutions to analyze these problems. Support the business unit data testing effort. • Currently enrolled and in a full time college or university and working towards a bachelor or advanced degree in a technical field • Junior or Senior status preferred • Data Literacy; understanding database fundamentals, including SQL • General knowledge of computer fundamentals • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following is a plus: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, DAX, Power Query, Excel, Python, R • Ability to learn quickly on the job, collaborate with teams and share ideas to solve problems • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Highly engaged, communicative, and adaptable in a fast-pased environment.
