Full Description

The Mission We are looking for a rare hybrid: a seasoned Financial Writer who has evolved into a Systems Strategist. We produce a high volume of financial content—averaging 25 articles per day—using a suite of bespoke, in-house production tools. Your mission isn’t just to "edit" or "write." It is to command this proprietary technology to ensure every piece of content is factually bulletproof, analytically deep, and tonally perfect. You are the bridge between sophisticated financial data and the end reader. What You’ll Do • System Command & Optimization: Manage and refine our bespoke content production stack. You aren't just using the tools; you are identifying where the systems can be sharpened to improve output quality. • High-Velocity Quality Control: Oversee the daily production of ~25 articles. You will be responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and readability of a high-volume feed. • Analytical Fact-Checking: Use your deep knowledge of financial markets (equities, macro, or crypto) to ensure our tools are interpreting data points correctly. • Continuous Iteration: Work autonomously to spot patterns in content performance and system errors, providing feedback to the product team to improve our internal logic. Who You Are • The Financial Expert: You have a background in financial journalism or analysis. You know the difference between a trailing P/E and a forward P/E without looking it up, and you enjoy the nuances of market movements. • The Systems Thinker: You are frustrated by inefficiency. You love finding "the better way" to do things and are comfortable working with cutting-edge content technology (including AI workflows) without losing the human touch. • Deeply Autonomous: You don’t need a hand to hold. You are a self-starter who thrives when given a high-stakes objective and the freedom to execute. • High-Stamina: Producing 25 quality pieces a day requires a "flow state" mindset. You are someone who finds satisfaction in high-volume, high-accuracy output. Requirements • Experience: 5+ years in Financial Writing, Editing, or Content Operations. • Tech Savvy: While you don’t need to be a coder, you must be "tool-literate"—someone who masters new software quickly and understands the logic behind automated content. • Obsessive Detail: In finance, a misplaced decimal is a disaster. You have an eagle eye for data integrity. • Passion: You actually read financial news for fun. You’re genuinely interested in the stories the data tells. Why This Role is Different This isn't a "churn and burn" content farm. We are building the future of financial media. You will have a direct hand in shaping the proprietary tools that define how financial information is consumed at scale. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • What content series would you create today to help investors? • Describe your prior experience as a financial editor, or writer. Share samples if possible. • What excites you about investing? Which resources do you use the most? Work Location: Remote
