We’re growing quickly across multiple platforms, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of that growth. About the Role We’re seeking a Community & Growth Strategist Intern who can do more than just schedule posts. This role isn’t about cookie-cutter posting or chasing vanity metrics. It’s about helping us grow with intention — shaping how our brand connects with real people, testing creative ideas, and learning what makes a community thrive. You’ll have space to experiment, analyze, and bring your own voice and strategy to the table. What You'll Do • Develop and execute creative strategies to grow our community across TikTok, Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, etc.. • Craft and adapt posts so each platform feels authentic and true to our brand - no one-size-fits-all approach. • Track analytics and spot growth opportunities, and turn insights into action. • Experiment with fresh tactics- from interactive content to growth partnerships - to see what works best. • Collaborate directly with the co-hosts on campaigns that align with our mission of conscious, authentic growth. • What We’re Looking For • A strategic thinker who can see the big picture but loves getting hands-on with content. • Someone who wants to grow real skills and results — not just keep things running. • Familiarity with TikTok, LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram, and an understanding that each platform needs its own unique approach. • A strong communicator who can write and create visuals that actually resonate. • Driven, self-motivated, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table. • Must-Have Qualifications • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to capture attention quickly. • Experience managing or growing an online presence — personal projects count if you can show results. • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and at least one other platform (Substack, LinkedIn, etc.). • A strategic mindset — you think about why content works, not just what to post. • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok or Reels). • Prior internship, freelance, or work experience in social media or digital marketing. • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation. • Interest in podcasts, wellness, lifestyle, or unconventional living. • Understanding of analytics and how to adjust strategy based on performance. • What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience shaping and growing a brand with intention. • Portfolio-worthy results you can point to — real growth and impact, not just maintenance. • Mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and creators. • A growth playbook you’ll help build — so by the end of the internship, you leave with skills, data, and confidence. • A front-row seat to the behind-the-scenes world of podcasting, partnerships, and brand-building.
