As a Staff Software Engineer, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of products to market while providing technical guidance and mentoring engineers. You will partner directly with clients to understand their needs and define product requirements.
Candidates should have 7+ years of industry experience in software development and experience leading development through the full product lifecycle. Fluency in designing scalable system architectures and effective development practices is essential.

About the role As a Staff Software Engineer at Fluxon, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of products to market while learning, contributing, and growing in partnership with our leadership team.
