Senior Project Manager Southfield, MI $140,000 – $175,000 base + 15 to 20% bonus + $1,000 monthly car allowance or company truck A well established $400M Design Build General Contractor in the Detroit market is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to support continued growth across Southeast Michigan. This is a 75 year old business with a strong reputation, consistent backlog, and forward thinking leadership team that continues to invest in people, process, and long term growth. The Opportunity You will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, working across a diverse portfolio including: • Commercial • Interiors • Healthcare • Light Industrial • Education • Multifamily Projects typically range from $5M to $100M+ and are primarily local to the Metro Detroit area with no travel required. Key Responsibilities • Lead projects from preconstruction through completion • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution • Work closely with estimating on both negotiated and hard bid work • Drive project teams including Project Engineers and APMs • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget What They’re Looking For • 8 to 15+ years of construction experience • Proven experience as a Project Manager on ground up and interiors projects • Background across multiple sectors preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience with both negotiated and hard bid projects Why This Opportunity • Stable, profitable business with long term leadership vision • Strong project pipeline across multiple sectors • Clear path into Project Executive level roles • Competitive compensation and bonus structure • Excellent benefits including strong healthcare offering and PTO • Local work no travel • Hybrid- 2 days work from home per week
