$200M General Contractor | $5M–$75M Ground-Up & Renovation Projects I’m partnered with a well-established, privately held $200M General Contractor in Farmington Hills that’s looking to add a strong Project Manager to their growing team. This is a builder with deep roots in Michigan, a collaborative leadership group, and a diverse portfolio that keeps the work interesting. What You’ll Work On A wide variety of project types across Southeast Michigan, including: • Commercial & corporate office • Light industrial & manufacturing • Municipal & civic facilities • Education & institutional • Healthcare & medical office • Mixed-use & multifamily • Projects typically range from $5M to $75M, with consistent repeat clients and steady backlog.
