Assistant Project Manager Novi, MI | $300M GC | Projects up to $50M | Up to $100K + Bonus I’m partnered with a well-established, Michigan-based General Contractor generating $300M+ annually as they look to add an Assistant Project Manager to their Novi team. This is a strong, stable GC with a diversified backlog — commercial, light industrial, K-12, municipal, retail, and healthcare projects ranging from $5M–$50M. They’re growing, investing in talent, and provide a clear path from APM → PM as you take on more responsibility. What You’ll Do • Support day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and documentation • Assist with buyout, RFI/submittal management, and change orders • Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to track schedules, budgets, and manpower • Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and design partners • Participate in site walks, progress meetings, and quality/safety checks • Contribute to project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation What They’re Looking For • 1–5 years of experience with a GC • Exposure to commercial, healthcare or industrial projects • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through • Team-first mindset — someone who wants mentorship and long-term growth Compensation & Perks • Base salary up to $100,000 • Annual performance bonus • Vehicle allowance or mileage • Full benefits package + 401(k) • Clear, structured career progression
