What You Bring: - 1-3 years of experience in customer success, support, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. - Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
