Bring your curiosity, creativity, and cultural lens—and help us grow what’s next. We’re looking for an Agency Marketing Intern to support our agency marketing and thought leadership efforts. You’ll help us tell the agency’s story—elevating our brand presence, amplifying our purpose, and sharing our impact. As our Agency Marketing Intern, you will: • Own the execution of agency marketing • Support strategy and ideation, and drive the day-to-day execution of our agency marketing plan across digital, social, and PR channels. • Maintain a consistent posting cadence and adapt content based on performance and trends. • Develop content that elevates our brand • Write and edit social media copy, newsletters, website updates, and blog content aligned with FCG’s tone, voice, and POV. • Translate insights into compelling stories that advance our thought leadership. • Collaborate to bring bold ideas to life • Partner with Creative Services to develop graphics, animations, and digital assets. • Work with Strategy and Business Development team to align messaging and support growth initiatives. • Track performance and optimize • Monitor social, web, and newsletter analytics; develop monthly dashboards; recommend optimizations. • Identify cultural trends, insights, and opportunities to keep our content fresh and relevant. • Amplify agency visibility • Support PR efforts including award submissions, earned media opportunities, and agency announcements. • Help maintain and update case studies, credentials, and marketing collateral used for sales enablement. What You’ll Bring • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice. • Proficiency with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) and community management tools. • Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • A demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work autonomously. • A passion for multicultural marketing, cultural trends/insights, and authentic storytelling. • Creativity, curiosity, and a desire to learn and contribute meaningfully to the team. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership Experience • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, content creation, or digital media (agency experience a plus) Why You'll Love Working With Us We’re not just building campaigns—we’re shaping culture and telling stories that matter.
