Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Flow-Turn in Union, NJ. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as mechanical engineering, machine design, computer-aided design (CAD), project management, and research and development (R&D). Qualifications • Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) • Experience in managing multiple projects at once • Research and Development (R&D) experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering • 3-4 years of Mechanical Engineering Experience preferably within a Manufacturing or Automation setting Benefits Offered • 401K with Company match • Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance • Basic Term Life insurance (Paid by Flow-Turn) • Vacation and Sick Time Starting Salary • $100,000 for starting salary, based on experience
