We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced window and door service technician who can independently troubleshoot service concerns and initiate repair. Likewise, this position offers the career path to become a Quality Control personnel for the territory. Those who apply should have exceptional in-home customer service skills and the ability to present the company well. Service Technician Responsibilities Perform initial inspection and repair any identified issues while on-site; or implement a solution plan if needed. Assess and report any quality issues in reference to the installation process. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Check and update field automation systems and databases. Adhere to company procedures and protocols. Be a team player willing to help installation crews and warehouse as needed. MUST have Service Technician and/or installation experience with windows and doors. Maintains the highest level of customer service and professional attitude. Detail oriented. Quality and precision focused. Dependable and hardworking. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
