Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of our practice, enhancing patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Please note that we have two locations: 5210 Linton Blvd, Suite 301, Delray Beach, FL 33445 AND 10151 Enterprise Circle Blvd. Suite 103, Boynton Beach FL 33437 (8.6 miles apart). We work at the Boynton location on TUESDAYS, and THURSDAYS. We work at the Delray location on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS. Responsibilities • Manage the overall operations of the medical practice, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. • Oversee budgeting and fiscal management to optimize financial performance. • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team productivity. • Implement and maintain effective systems for managing medical records and patient information. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and effective managed care practices. • Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet the needs of the practice while maintaining operational efficiency. • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, addressing any issues promptly. • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and external stakeholders to promote a positive environment.
