As we expand, were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, lead generation, and digital authority for our brand. ? What Youll Do As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital platforms to attract investors, partners, and stakeholders. Your main duties include: Social Media Marketing Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok Create engaging and informative content tailored to investors and hospitality stakeholders Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for performance SEO & Website Optimization Perform keyword research, content audits, and technical SEO to improve organic rankings Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices Track and report on traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics Public Relations Write press releases, coordinate with media outlets, and pitch stories to relevant publications Secure guest articles, podcast interviews, and speaking opportunities for leadership Build relationships with hospitality, real estate, and investment journalists Lead Generation Develop and execute lead generation strategies using email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads Manage CRM and lead nurturing workflows Analyze performance and adjust tactics for higher ROI ? What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and social media trends Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp/Hubspot Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively Bonus: Experience marketing to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or institutional investors ?
