Summary: The Operations Project Manager will work with departments across the Company to define, scope, execute and complete projects. Specific activities include developing and assessing business justifications for new capabilities; ensuring detailed requirements are captured, documented, and communicated; developing plans to ensure those requirements are met; driving timelines, securing resources and reporting progress. Project Managers serve as a liaison between leadership, business units and support departments to coordinate activities across the Company and resolve project delivery issues. Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must demonstrate the eagerness and ability to learn and must work well in a team environment. This position is located FL – Remote. Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage end-to-end operational projects, from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and manage risks/issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics. Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure project success. Monitor performance of operational processes and recommend optimization strategies. Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulations. Drive change management and training initiatives for new processes and systems. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology or related area. Project Management Professional certification preferred (PMP®) Valid Driver's License EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years demonstrated experience managing multiple healthcare related projects in a health care provider environment. Demonstrated experience implementing industry-standard project management methodologies throughout an organization. Demonstrated informal leadership experience.
