Summary: The Compensation Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and recommending pay actions that result in the retention of a talented, highly engaged and productive workforce. FCS compensation structures include base and incentive pay programs (shift differentials, float and weekend pay premiums). The Compensation Analyst partners with the recruiting team to align new hire offers with internal equity and supports the Compensation Director in the development of compensation philosophy, salary administration guidelines and principles. The individual in this role also partners with HRIS to compare organizational compensation reporting with job architecture measures to ensure that compensation grades, levels and exemption assignments are correctly aligned to the appropriate job profiles in Workday. This individual works independently while also collaborating in a team environment to resolve complicated pay concerns across various departments within FCS.
