We are a fast-growing company based in Western New York seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our clients with website content updates, delivery setup, and email marketing campaigns. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer support. Responsibilities Add and maintain client data and products within our proprietary e-commerce platform Create and send monthly email marketing campaigns for clients Assist clients with website updates and content changes Help configure delivery parameters and service settings Provide friendly, professional customer support via email and phone as needed Qualifications Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Basic experience or strong interest in e-commerce platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely Nice-to-Have Skills Basic HTML and CSS knowledge Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization Job Type: Part-time Fully remote Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote
