Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative at Floral Image, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service that supports our sales and operational goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and execute on-site installations and maintenance of floral and plant displays. - You will provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will collaborate with sales and operations teams to coordinate schedules and optimize service delivery. - You will conduct regular site visits to assess product condition and client satisfaction. - You will document service activities and report feedback to management for continuous improvement. - You will assist in training new team members on service protocols and customer interaction. - You will maintain inventory of service supplies and order materials as needed. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in field service or customer service roles, preferably in a related industry. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. - You possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your schedule efficiently. - You have basic technical skills to handle installation and maintenance tasks. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the floral, horticulture, or interior landscaping industries. - Knowledge of plant care and maintenance. - Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools. - Additional certifications related to customer service or technical maintenance.
